Perfect location, stunning views, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-equipped apartment, convenient amenities nearby , prompt assistance with transportation.

Perfect location right next to ski lifts, ski school, restaurants, and bars. Accommodation was adequate and staff were friendly. Heating in the apartment was good.

Great convenience location with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. Close to major attractions and easy to find public transportation. the proximity of the hotel to the city center is highly beneficial as we were able to easily navigate the area. the hotel room was clean and tidy.
The hotel did not have basic amenities such as extra towels, washcloths, or complimentary toiletries. We had to carry our luggage to our small room with no help from the staff.

The apartment's location is great as it is located near the ski lift and hiking trails. the staff at the reception are friendly and helpful and the apartment is clean. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby which offer delicious food and drinks, which is a plus.
The pool was not very clean and a bit on the cold side.

Location, location, location! The hotel was perfectly situated right next to the ski lifts and ski school, making it incredibly convenient for us to hit the slopes straight away. The views from our balcony were breathtakingly beautiful and we loved how close we were to restaurants and shops. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home during our New Year's stay.
While we loved our stay overall, there were a couple of minor issues. We were a bit disappointed that there was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided, as we had to go out and buy these things ourselves.
